It is important because when you go to a shop or store you have to pay for the items you purchased and add up the total and sometimes the cashier needs to give you change. In businesses the company uses math to see how much money they earned. If there wasn't math there would be no math class at school. There also wouldn't be science either because you use a lot of math in science. There also wouldn't be any shops or stores if there was no such thing as math because there wouldn't be any numbers for prices. Without math the world would be a disaster. We should be grateful for math.
It is important because as you probaly know we use math all the time. There is math in all the things around, at stores, at home, and at school, of course. Science is also very important. Science is used to make a lot of every day things, like the lights that light up your home. Math and science are two very impotant things that everyone uses every day all the time.
I think math is important because if you go to a bank to deposit or draw in/out money you first need to know how much money is in your bank acount. Then you need to calculate how much money you want to deposit in or draw out. Another reason is, if you wanted to host a party you would need to know how much it will all cost. Like for the food, drinks, seating, dinning area, and music mabye. That is why math is important outside of the classroom.
