First thing I do is practice. In the beginning of the year everyone knew they were going to have he MSP. They practiced hard on everything they do in class. I try hard. If I make a mistake I look over it, correct it and keep going. Another thing I do is go to bed earlier. Usually I go to bed at 12:00. Before MSP I try to go to bed earlier. Another thing I do is eat a good and healthy breakfast. Omelets, sausages, eggs, cheese, fruits are all good for your body and health. Last of all trying hard on the MSP! If you stuck on a question, just skip it and go over it later. Good luck to everyone! Have fun on the MSP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you do the MSP always go over the directions carefully. Remember to go through all the pages and make sure you don't skip any. Have a good posture so you feel relaxed. Get prepared like doing prompts that they had before. After you finish read all the questions again. You should also be confident about your self. Eat a good breakfast so you have the energy for the test. Get lots of rest so you don't fall asleep during the test. These are just a few ways to do well on the MSP.

I think you should study for the MSP so you feel confident. Make sure you rest because you don't want to be sleeping when we are doing the MSP. Listen to the rules of the MSP so you don't break one. Eat a good breakfast so you have lots of energy to think about the MSP. I wake up early to study some more because sometimes I forget about the things I study.

Study a lot. Go to bed early so you can lots of sleep. You need a good breakfast like you can have eggs pancakes and orange juice that will keep you focus. also you have to feel confident and say in your mind I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!! Last but not least do the bear breath ( it's a yoga thing ) it mean to breath in and out several times.

The MSP can be hard on some people. Here are some ways to help.

1)Get to bed early. If you usually go to bed at 9:30 then go to bed at 9:00 or 8:30.

2)Eat a good breakfast. It has been proven that eating a good breakfast are more aware, ready, and can think better.

3)Practice. It helps to practice as you probably know. The more you practice, the better.

4)Be confident. Be prepared for what's coming.

5)Don't rush. Go over your test again once your done.

These are the tips that I recommend to prepare for the MSP.

When you have the MSP read everything carefully or you cold really have a tough time.always have a healthy breakfast or protein to help like sausages, fruits maybe some cereal and more if you don't and you have sugar then you can have a tough time controlling your self focus. You also need a lot of sleep so you don't get really sleepy. You should also study a lot and practice because anyone can miss a problem that is really important.Always try your best or you won't do good at all.Feel confident that your ready in you.Well hope you do and listen to all the blog's because you might forget a lot of stuff and it's very important to do all of this.

Chewing gum is a good thing to do when doing the MSP because chewing the gum may make you less nervous and it may oxidize your brain to help you think. Another good thing to do is stay well rested instead of showing up tired. You can also take deep breaths to calm yourself. Another way to calm yourself before the MSP is to do what Mrs. Shero calls the brain dance which is a series of motions that wakes up your brain. You can also study hard and tell yourself that you know you're ready and you will do a great job. It is also good to eat a healthy breakfast. If you get nervous just remember these things and you will do great on the MSP.

I think the best way to prepare for the MSP is to go over things that we have learned in class and go over old MSP prompts and practice them like you are in the MSP. But if you are doing what I just said, make sure you only use materials that are allowed in the MSP. Rest. Eat a good breakfast. Get a good nights sleep.

I think the best solution is feeling confident. If you don't feel confident you are very nervous. Here is the main way to help feel confident: convince yourself that you can do it. Practice before you take the MSP. Chewing gum helps during the test. Peppermint flavor is the best for you. Peppermint makes you smarter. Also besides practicing take it easy. Have a good breakfast and get lots of sleep.

The first thing that I do to prepare is PRACTICE! In most cases, the practice that you get at school will suffice, but just to be sure, I always go over strategies and plans the night before the big test. The second thing I do before a test is getting a good night's sleep. This will improve concentration and make it easier to focus. Never ever, ever, ever stay up late studying. Do all of your reviewing in daylight hours. The third thing that I make sure that I do is to not wake up too early or too late.
If you wake up too early, you can end up with a ton of spare time, and you'll be completely wiped out. If you wake up too late, you will have to rush, and may not get to school on time. You could end up losing precious testing time! Another thing that I do is make sure I have a good breakfast. Your plate should be full with protein-sausage, bacon, or ham- carbohydrates-bread- and other nutritious food items, like fruit or eggs. NEVER just grab a piece of toast on the go. Since you studied, all the information should be in your brain. Last, but certainly not least, DO YOUR BEST!

Some good strategies to do before taking a test are to stay positive and have good thoughts that you will do good on the test. If you get stressed remember to take some deep breathes to stay calm. Make sure you get enough sleep the night before and in the morning eat a good breakfast. It's always a good idea to be prepared before a test by studying. Also you should never think negatively about how you will do because if you tell yourself to be bad then most likely you are going to do bad.
Those are some tips I use and I think you shoud use too.

I think you should practice for the test you are going to be tested on. Also read the direction twice so you don't make mistakes.Check your work when you are finished. If your stuck on a question skip it but remember to come back to it later. These techniques should help your fears go away.

I think you should eat a big breakfast. Another thing to do is practic a lot,for a long time. You should get at least 11 to 12 hours of sleep. If it is a math MSP study math facts. Also go back and check all of the pages. Now you can rock at the MSP
