To be a good citizen is not to litter, not to invade other peoples space or property. To be a good citizen also means helping out in your society. Like for example taking trash out for a neighbor or help them take the there groceries in if their hands are full and things to help your comunitty like that. It also means to be nice to other people, and not just in public places but in general be nice to any one whether they come to your house or meet you on the playground. Another way to describe a good citizen is somebody who follows all the laws, rules, guide lines and any other expectations set for you. That is what I think what a citizen is.
